Often when States impose major Internet-blocking to sabotage anti-authoritarian protests, they just break the name lookup of the sites they block.
If you use "DNS over HTTPS", that's near impossible.

Today I made a couple of mini "keyhole" gardens using 95L planter bags and those IKEA plastic bag holder towers that are £1.50 (and useful for a number of household storage applications). Maybe chicken wire would've been better? but I already had these in the house.
