@danishcookies Indeed. "Queer" is s the word I would call myself.
Thanks!
I have found it surprising that others didn't know about it before, so...
"Wolfe Video" is a super-nice distributor of exclusively LGTBQ+ themed movies:
https://www.wolfevideo.com/
"Dead Men Don't Rape" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qoHYvxPMmUE and "No Fucking War" are two other super-excellent tracks by "7 Year Bitch".
I couldn't find the latter online, so I transcoded it for you in this post.
Speaking of the band "7 Year Birch", I would recommend the movie "Prey for Rock & Roll" from 2003,
with such excellent cast members as Gina Gershon, Shelly Cole, Lori Petty and Drea de Matteo.
As usual, don't watch the trailer. It's... yuck.

@printemps THATS WHAT WE WANNA KNOW FDGFDG
I used to say that if the myth about Soros paying for anarchist/communist activism was true (which is just both hilariously wrong and sadly directly opposite of reality) then I would get paid to go to the pub...
as I almost always end up talking politics and such with complete strangers.
I'm reminded of a case when I had missed last train home, so went to a fancy nightclub against the winter cold.
I sat down with what turned out to be as they themselves said "insurance brats" and talked of course politics.
When I mentioned I couldn't afford more drinks, they declared they'd pay for the night if I promised to tell them more about anarchism.
I did so until that, the last club, closed for the night... and we went to on of their homes for an after-party, still talking anarchism.

@dankwraith choice as fetishised in this way always means 'choice for the rich'

"freedom of choice" is not a very useful way of looking at social/economic organization because the whole point of societal systems is that they force people into doing certain things, and the left critique is that we should organize those systems in a way that results in positive outcomes rather than negative ones. looking at existence, i don't really think individual choice meaningfully exists outside of very specific personal spheres, like i can choose what to make for breakfast in the morning or what books to read in my free time but a lot of possibilities are constrained by infrastructure and society it's basically just liberalism to think otherwise
