just finished reading "Dare to Disappoint Growing Up in Turkey" an auto-bio comic by Özge Samanci
It was a very interesting and surprisingly relatable read, but I'm kinda sorta hoping there's some sort of part 2/vol 2 that I don't know about because the ending felt super rushed :\
4/5 or 9/10 would recommend 📖

I wasn't really sure sound therapy was worth the hype, but I used a rain soundscape from mynoise for most of yesterday whenever I was feeling overwhelmed and it helped a lot!
