shout out to ppl who not only make video game tutorial videos but manage to be FUNNY while doing it, y'all are the best

I'm carefully watching newbie videos on youtube to share with others, but the best one I found is almost 30 minutes long...

I'm worried that if I can't get ppl to read the in-game text that they won't sit still long enough for a video :\

somehow, FFXIV is making it's way through a different offline friend group than the 1st offline group of ppl that told me about it

a quest that started with finding a specific mug, the style of which is called "cauldron mugs"

I noticed etsy has a lot of "White Witch" mugs, got nervous thinking it was a race/bigot thing and looked it up

turns out "white witch" just another name for healing & nature magic ppl, but in the process found "Cunning Folk" an umbrella term for magic ppl in Europe before the 21st century

and now I'm in this rabbit hole fully derailed from doing anything productive lol

tax questions are the worst......

attempted to make 2 appointments if I get a confirmation on the 1st appointment it takes down *2* things on my to-do list

tfw watching your friends stream (that you mod) get 69 viewers but you don't want to give them viewer anxiety so you just say "nice" to yourself out loud

anyway please consider checking Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles out, even if it's the free version

the dungeons don't use a lot of backtracking so when you've memorized which paths to take it feels like taking a fantasy walk (while fighting monsters)

I've been grinding a lot in Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (Remastered) expecting it to be annoying/boring, but instead, it feels more like I've finally memorized the local hiking trails
