forgot to write about it but I really did need that pool day, just relaxing in the therapy pool (it's slightly warmer) and catching up with a pal was really good for me =w=)

ok, I did some brain training apps and I *am* less tired than before but no change in motivation to actually do tasks

would like to clarify that if this medication was more serious than a super vitamin D pill I *would* call my doctor to ask questions and do a bit of research before picking it up,

but because it *is* a super vit D it just feels more like a doting grandparent saying I need to eat more lol

the randomness of starting a new prescription via text

no word from the doctor, just,

"(prescription) is ready for pick up at (your pharmacy)"

ok cool guess I'm starting a new med then lol

at least I didn't have to drive all the way up to the GI doctor today

had a real awful couple of hours trying to sleep but just like...sweating instead

got up to hydrate and was able to sleep for an hour or 2
