now that I'm almost off of the steroid my appetite is back down to what it "normally" is for me,

in which my appetite is existent for one big meal (usually breakfast) and then snacking for the rest of the day saying stuff like,

"it's too late to eat a full meal"

"idk if I'll actually finish a full meal so I might as well eat a bunch of snacks"

can't say my diet is dramatically different, but it has less fried foods, fatty meats, soda, and sweets than it used to so 🤷

finally got to the halfway point of this notebook I'm using for a food journal
