Yeah there's definitely a lot of issues even within the LGBT+ community presuming binary-ness. I absolutely hate being called female when not in VERY CERTAIN terms, and male is only slightly better, but that doesn't stop people from assuming I'm a girl! Which sucks!!!! And I do have issues with people treating me as "basically [x-gender]" and I've given up on non-bi and non-pan people feeling attracted to me.
