LB, ace issues, fetishes etc
I have hard preferences that put me in fetish space a lot. I love my preferences, I'll celebrate them. but they're not sexual, they're sensual. understand that, and we can be cool and weird and fetishy, if you want to call it that!
this isn't a callout or subtoot, it's me making amends with my feelings, and spelling out the result. it's genuinely been difficult to say out loud since forever.
LB, ace issues, tanuki specific
LB: everything syl said!
I have a weird relationship with sexual feelings and it's nuanced and can be deeply uncomfortable. this has changed with time and damage. being more specific is asking me to write a novel. I can bullet it tho:
- no to: being sexual at me, asking me to be sexual
- yes: sensual experiences (cuddles, celebration of bodies)
- ok with: people being horny and sexual around me. encouraged even! y'all do what makes you happy
- you can always ask!

i do not have six hundred dollars US i do not have six hundred dollars US i do not have six hundred dollars US i do not have six hundred dollars US
seriously, i'm at a point where extraneous spending would get me in a bad situation, AND glares from partner and roomies, so i'll hold off. do i need more beep machines? yes. should i? not now.
aaaaaaaaaaaaa
pronouns, honorifics
roomie (whomst recently knows my pronouns) was like “hmm, i was going to say ‘how was your day good sir’ but that doesn’t fit anymore. what’s a neutral version of sir/madam?”
“did you ever play Dragon Age?”
“ah! ser it is, ser”
tbh the straightest and most cranky roomie is ending up being the most supportive. free shrugs!

After reading the text I looked back up and for a moment thought your username was "theytanuki"
fired: referring to me as the gender my features suggest
tired: referring to me as the gender i seem to be presenting as
wired: buy me several coffees and listen intently as i explain my gender for 3 hours
inspired: "im gay," i say. our immaterial eyes meet across an unperceptable manifold of n-dimensional space. digital information pours into organic processors. lifetimes of experiences harmoniously vibrate. 7 ms later, you nod, "same."
hired: you use they/them for me
breakups (--)
jeez. tonight, second time in a month that friends have broken off a long-term and seemingly stable relationship. it's getting to me, since in both cases i like both sides and
i'm dealing with some stuff myself, and i don't feel like i can be a very good support right now, i know i need to set boundaries and take care of myself. it doesn't feel great but
agh.

A male or female or nonbinary character can look like anything. Any of those labels can be matched with a number of different bodily configurations. That being the case... if your issue is “i only wanna draw characters with boobs” then just say that. It’s a lot better than trying to find a way to say “I’ll only draw female characters” without continually categorically excluding NB folks or defining that by whether or not a character has boobs.
hi my name is tanuki (they/them), i'm a tanuki. ace, diamoric, still unabashedly adoring fat people. enby af. that means nonbinary. it's a term i prefer.
