so I can probably stay here as long as I need for the foreseeable future.. I WOULD still like to move next year if I can get my shit together but at least I will have time to plan it properly.. I just need to make sure I keep up the momentum now the potential boot is no longer hovering near my arse

so I actually did end up meeting him this evening and things seem to be good on my end.... he doesn't want to kick me out or raise the rent or change anything really, but he has had some trouble with the agency so might change to a different one at some point
