looking for software

About 15 years ago on a windows pc, I found a program that tracked your time - it tracked how long you spent with certain programs open, and showed you a list from most to least used programs.

But now when I search for time tracking apps, I can only find things that are designed to reduce distractions, or are for tracking billable hours of work or something.

Does anyone know of any software that simply tracks your open programs?

re: food mention, physical health

I wasn't able to clean my pans for the last few days because I was sick, so I'm going to take this opportunity to just order sushi - but I have to make sure my pans are clean tonight so I can actually cook tomorrow

fricking heck... my bread is mouldy!!!

"productivity" apps & ADHD

I wish those apps that like... block youtube or something actually worked for me.

But unfortunately, every time I've tried one of these things I end up either just messing around on some other website or figuring out a way past the block.

(I would love if the things I wasted time on were the actual cause of me wasting time, rather than the cause being Brain Problems™)

but what if... instead of watching youtube.... I did some worldbuilding.....
