re: non-vegan recipe

Here's the recipe

Ingredients (makes 2ish servings):
Rice
400g beef (I buy it pre-cut in stir fry strips)
3-5 buk choy / pak choy
1 carrot
2 eggs
Seasame oil
Soy sauce
crushed ginger
crushed garlic
(optional) chili flakes

1. Prepare rice and put into rice cooker/cook on stove
2. Cut up the buk choy into small pieces, and slice the carrot into long chunks.
3. Put a frying pan on the stove on medium heat with some oil.
4. Stir fry the buk choy and carrot until cooked.

tired: did you know petrichor is the smell of rain

wired: we’re such thirsty boys we can smell rain bacteria better than sharks smell blood in water

music
