Fittingly, 42 years to the day since The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy was first broadcast on TV.
@drwho i'm only guessing that's why i can't see his posts. with how swiss cheesey mastodon's code is, who knows...
@drwho he returned my follow on an alt, hopefully that means at least he doesn't consider it block evasion...
@broom thank you!

webgbcam is a web toy built with pure javascript and HTML5 canvas to simulate a Game Boy Camera! it works on both desktop and mobile, and you can add a PWA to your phone's homescreen to use it offline!

the netizen club Link Cache is a website i've started inspired by old link aggregators such as In4mador, which i dearly miss! it's currently in a bit of a hiatus but we're always taking submissions (just DM me, though we do curate the links ourselves so not every submission goes up)

i really lucked out finding one such model at an auction website in 2021 listed under hifi equipment!
i hope dj sundog is ok i miss him
mastodon should have tweaknewtwitter features such as hiding people replying to/mentioning accounts you have blocked
big name tech guy in fedi blocked me but now i keep seeing mentions and replies to him in the federated timeline and it sucks man
@carcinopithecus@x0r.be @AlexWolfe peculiar, i can't see the post you're replying to from my instance, but newer posts from that account exist here so it doesn't seem deliberate
also it's from months ago ??
@alexandria i based it a lot off of the late in4mador and yeah i wish more websites like that survived the social media era
@alexandria yes! which is why i built it myself from scratch with php, because i wanted exactly that, haha

Is there like a lobste.rs clone where I can post up like a feed of cool shit I've found?
Kinda like internet-published bookmarks? Maybe with an activitypub stream??
@alexandria https://links.netizen.club is always taking submissions
