i don't know how to fix this now
it didn't
it's looping between trying to start x and crashing x and i can't even ctrl-alt to a terminal
i broke my art computer because of compulsory updates :) and linux people complain about windows
gonna be real fun to try to reboot this machine and guess whether it will or it won't
pretty sure i broke stuff because ubuntu doesn't expect you to be using not bash as your shell for doing a release upgrade and there's about a hundred lines of fish errors on my terminal now because some package's post-install script tried to bash script on me
my favourite feature of ubuntu 18.04 LTS is how it constantly hounds me to update to ubuntu 20.04 LTS and every single time i try to it tells me that i can't and then hounds me again that i should update
i want to make an isometric pixel art chatroom... it's not even that hard these days with a bit of js and websockets, is it?
oh no i'm making a new project for myself...
