Like, she/her pronouns? Love 'em, great, never wanna go back. Calling myself a girl or a woman? A little weird when I say it out loud with my man voice but still workable. Calling myself transgender? Hang on have I earned that one?

But I don't feel like a girl
"But you do want to be a girl, right?"
Sure, but what if it's not for the right reason?

i want to see a pokemon fan game where you play as a pokemon who stole a trainer's hat

and discover that nobody can tell you're a pokemon as long as you're wearing the hat

the professor offers you a starter pokemon and you just kind of bat at one of the pokeballs with a paw, so they say "the strong silent type, yeah? some of the most powerful trainers in the world were the same way"

you fight the first gym leader by placing a pokeball down with your mouth and pressing the button, and your opponent is wowed by your eccentric technique

and the whole game continues that way until your hat gets knocked off in the middle of the battle with the champion

So, after a bit over a month clean, the urge to start beating myself is returning. Does anyone know any good alternatives for the *sensation*? I'm looking for something like how with cutting you can snap rubber bands against your wrist. Something that gives me that same feeling as beating myself would, without being as self-destructive.

(Please don't just tell me to hit a punching bag or do something else or whatever. That's not what I'm looking for right now.)

i think sharing some older #inktober work would be a good place to start 😊 i followed a witchtober prompt. started october 2016 and finished july 2017!

all pieces were created using a dip pen (513ef nib), black sumi ink, two or three gray copic markers, and white bristol paper.
