I used to be very enthusiastic about the Olympics. It was a spectacular show to see all these people compete. Some of my classmates went on to actually compete in the Olympics. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the games growing up and would've flown out of the country to see a match.

Now, idk man. The games are literally an hour drive from me now. Arguably the greatest sporting event on Earth just right here. I could buy a ticket right now if I wanted to.

But I just can't. My enthusiasm is waning.

It feels weird giving money to an organization that hates me.
