to anyone who's wondering, this is the news i got that I'm shaking over (self-harm cw) 

one of my pals attempted suicide 5 hours ago (she liveblogged it on birdsite with tiny messages to people who were on her mind). i don't know if she's okay and I'm so worried and even if she survived she could have permanently messed up her lungs and ouhhhhhhghdhsh
