anyway heads up you're probably not following me anymore if you wanna get that checked out

now -i'm- the one getting 500 internal server errors when trying to follow locked accounts x)

i'm refollowing from memory, if i forgot you holla at me

this is... odd

i have follow requests from some people who haven't tooted in 4 months

but only very few, nothing like all the followers i used to have

huh....

either way i messed something up but at least now nobody (outside my own instance) is following me ^^; so refollow please? (last time i promise, now things have actually been cleared up)

uh okay

apparently that still removed the people who were already following me as well

oh well

i've deleted the toots about having to refollow me just in case since after this batch job is done that shouldn't be an issue anymore

i am sending a mass unfollow to all users known to my instance who are not currently following me as far as my instance is concerned.

here's a list of dead instances i've found so far
pastebin.com/iKFEhSAQ

so what would be a good procedure for purging old inactive accounts?

thought about 0 posts, older than 30 days
also no remote followers

and then what, suspend and lock the handle down or completely delete locally so it can be recreated later?

computer fairies currently marks itself as having around 200 users, which is very inaccurate to how many actually active users we have and i'd like to change that

how much legal trouble will i be in for slipping a cover of the title theme of an abandonware DOS game by a defunct developer into my next album 🤔 😇

there's a lot of things i've done in the past that i forget about and forget how to make them again. it's very frustrating.

i wouldnt remember how to make something like this these days
