NEW SEIKO PROSPEX WATCHES!

Definitely on the more luxury end of the Prospex sub-brand, the LX line

Three new watches, geared towards land, sea, and sky

All of them have 5R Spring Drive movements and look really damn good, they also all come in blacked out variants

I'm a sucker for a good GMT and Zodiac have just released one

This has 200m water resistance, an ETA 2893 movement, and a really nice two-tone bezel

Two colourways, both limited edition, the blue and orange one looks funky as hell

Tudor's come out with something interesting

The P01, it's inspired by a prototype dive watch they were mucking around with in the 60's

I don't know if I love it or hate it

They've also got some new stuff in the Frankfurt Financial District series, a limited edition of the 6099 in blue (which is really quite fetching) and a totally new model, the 6012

The 6012 has their new SZ06 movement with chronograph, full calendar display, and moonphase

Comes standard in steel or in a limited edition rose gold

SINN! New Sinn watches!

First, a 104 with a green metallic dial, not much new to say about this aside from 104s are good

Second, 2 new diver chronos, the 206 and the 206 ARKTIS, 300m water resistance on both, Sinn's Ar dehumidification tech on both, but the ARKTIS has added temperature resistance and is reliable between -45 and 80 degrees

I want some of these keycaps

It'd be like high-fiving @maple with every keypress

We all knew that Omega were going to be doing something for the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11

Turns out what they're doing is a SOLID GOLD SPEEDMASTER

alcohol

do I make my wine choices based entirely on how much I like the label?

yes

yes I do

Here's a watch that came out recently that's not got much attention, the Elliot Brown Holton Professional

Designed with the help of, and issued to, a military unit who the rumour mill says may or may not be based in Poole and may or may not spend a lot of time in canoes

Ooh, this is nice

The new Guinand Starfighter Pilot

Bicompax chrono heavily inspired by the ones Heuer made for the Bundeswehr in the 60's

I'm a sucker for a good pilot's watch, also a sucker for a good German watch, and this is both

this is interesting, the new Swatch Flymagic

Uses the new Nivachron hairsprings that the Swatch Group have been developing which are anti-magnetic, anti-shock, and temperature resistant

To put more focus on what they've done with it they reversed the movement in the case to show it off which results in the transparent rotor being above the dial and the seconds hand going backwards
