man. i try really hard not to properly lie to doctors but i think im just going to say that i don't smoke ever at all have 100% quit and look up any med/nicotine interactions on my own. it's not worth the effort of explaining that no, i genuinely don't have an addiction, i just use them as a fast acting anti anxiety bc no one will prescribe me anything proper.

listen ive been generally very chill about the vast majority of this lemme get my general "i hate this i hate this im so scared please i hate this" half hour out of the way and ill go back to being chill tomorrow

@Jehan its more bone hurty juice than what i remember nerve hurty juice feeling like, but it's also probably a good but of stiffness. i am getting my stitches out, and they're adjusting the splint so that it's removable instead of fixed, and leaves the wrist totally out instead of partially immobilized

i can move my wrist up and down fine, but sideways/rotating movement hurts like a motherfucker

and also because my arm fucking hurts from trying.

crying at the drs office bc it hurts to rotate my arm for x rays this time and it didn't last time and now im freaked out about permanent bone damage that'll fuck up my arm forever
