A conversation on a discord server with folks about Regis Philbin's music career reminded me of this... wonderful gem: https://www.discogs.com/master/1709858-Various-Who-Wants-To-Be-A-Millionaire-The-Album
We all know that the eShop shutting down sucks. But it sucks for way more reasons than you might realize.
There is no reasonable path to legally accessing enormous swaths of video game history, *even within libraries and archives*, and it’s because the ESA wants it that way.

http://DISCMASTER.TEXTFILES.COM's days are numbered unless we can find someone willing to host a server for it, allowing it to continue as a search engine. (It won't add more data for some time to come.) Are you someone extraordinarily cool who can provide rack and bandwidth space? DM

i am not sure why it doesn't play back in the browser though. it clearly recognizes that it is audio. it just doesn't play

They closed in the late 90s, and their building is now a disability care office - but their logo remains, to this day.
