oh and i've basically spent an hour and a half getting ready. 30 minutes to shower, the hour sitting here getting distracted from taking my meds, getting a drink, going to the bathroom. hholy fuck. ._.;

how the fuck did this happen. how was I not told that I should examine that, isntead of just being constantly told as a kid "stop being lazy"...

so yeah. this literally impacts my ability to even do daily things like... idk... DRESS myself, eat breakfast, personal hygeine and stuff. christ... and this has been going on basically my entire life and only NOW do I realise it. ugh.

...damn adhd affects me way worse than I've thought for the past... idk... how many decades of my life?

i only just realised, that it will literally have me with my underwear halfway up my legs, otherwise buckass naked, staring into space for an uncountable amount of time, until I snap myself out of it with genuine physical force, which takes supreme will, and I will have NO idea what caused it, what I was thinking, or how long passed.
