There's no feedback apart from a thing telling you when it registers you clicking the mouse to denote you've spotted a hazard. That's your only input. press the button when you see hazard. Not WHERE, but WHEN.

Don't press too often or in too regular a pattern tho otherwise it'll mark you as trying to cheat and 0 your score for that question. ugh.
