@redluli @MapleDeer Yeah I don't think I could actually leave a burger sitting around long enough to chat. Probably would just scarf it down quickly first.

Here's what the editor looked like at the end if anyone's interested in seeing a huge mess in Vegas. It did have some minor rendering issues but right now I've fiddled with it enough and don't care enough.

youtube.com/watch?v=n-rpORejEs I made a YouTube Poop using LEGO's old "Jack Stone" promotional video as a source, that had been pretty much begging to be Pooped because of the low-budget style. Hopefully it's funny!

otherkin/sona talk

@maple First thing that comes to mind for me is just making it more obvious the eyes are screens, maybe lowering their resolution? I could see pixel-y eyes going along fine with a normal squirrelbun face.

It'd be really cool to eventually run into someone else whose fursona is a video game character, though meeting cartoons is probably pretty similar. Still though~

@maple I'm still surprised bronze is so good for something so easy to get.

I feel like intentionally jumping from high places would be considered a fun pastime for characters that don't take fall damage. That goes double if they can get it where they bounce a height proportional to their fall distance instead of just safely landing.

@woob Waluigi's also in Smash Brothers Infinite, along with uh, Goku, Sora, Spiderman, Naruto, and many other people who have no chance in Smash.

Food photo

So my phone's camera app has stickers it can apply to detected faces

I need to get some food-safe molds so I can do all sorts of shenanigans

Fast/flickery movement

@yaodema I'd say the game makes up for nothing catching on fire with the fact that EVERYTHING explodes when it falls off the track, including things like rubber boats.

Fast/flickery movement

@yaodema the fire comes from the "mechanical" scenery theme which mostly consists of metal plates and gears and stuff, and makes more sense in the context it's supposed to be in

The swan loop was one of the most fun outcomes of messing around with OpenRCT2 letting you put invalid settings on rides

Best part of walks is always looking at squirrels. There's a bit of snow falling though and it's cold so I think most of them are hiding in shelter.

It's strange how I've lived in this city all of my life and yet most of it feels new and unfamiliar to me, even stuff I can get to within walking distance while exploring. I guess for residential areas in general there's little reason to walk around neighborhoods you don't live in if you're not visiting a friend.

Coupon culture and stealing (-)

@electroCutie @maxine In fact I've seen some companies (specifically pizza ones) put out deals so frequently that I'm pretty sure they're deliberately trying to exploit psychological effects as much as they can, and it's pretty clear they know exactly what they're doing.

Oh no I forgot to buy post-Halloween heavily discounted candy. Probably a good thing since my health doesn't need a whole bunch of cheap chocolate.

Job hunting (-)

Before I went to college I was told that there were more jobs for graduates than there were graduates but once I actually got out it's turning out no one wants you because you don't have professional work experience in the field. It seems like moving is a requirement to get anything so I've kinda given up for now and I'm trying to get something at the library if I can.

I read it and it was pretty trippy as expected. Layers and layers of trademark infringement and the setting keeps changing every few pages

Finally able to download that SBAHJ book I helped kickstart so I'm gonna read that. I'm curious to see what dril's writing is like
