family got a new samsung tv with a "remote" that has almost no buttons because you're meant to use a phone app instead. phone app is 80mb and tells me my browser (firefox nightly) is unsupported to log into the samsung account to control this tv that's already in our living room. hey @internetofshit

here are two photoshops i made in september 2022. you can see they both have the same masking around the imac g3 shell. the PSDs for these are in a hard drive in a box that i'll only have access to in the coming weeks.

Yesterday I wrote some words down for a wrapup of the things I got the rest of the year. Lots of words, lot of promoting other folks' stuff, that sort of thing.
I had another idea for an article but I don't know if I have the energy for it. It's been tough to write lately.
heard this song in, of all places, an audio malfunction on a TV broadcast of High Rollers, and the station broadcasting the show using the song as filler music until they fixed the audio.
love finding out tunes by weird occurrences like that.
playing Lego Fortnite made me finally understand why everybody got really into Minecraft.
doesn't take much to get lost in it as you build and explore areas.
also I'm probably gonna ignore social media for the duration of the show because I know it's gonna be insufferable watching people live-reacting the event and I just can't stand that

Reading Major Dudes: A Steely Dan Companion got me to give their 2000 album Two Against Nature another try.
It's not anywhere near the classics like Pretzel Logic and Aja, but it's definitely a solid Steely Dan Record.
