Looking back, I think part of the reason that I don't care for people who arbitrarily turn their noses up at regional specialities (like Cincinnati chili or pretty much everything in Chicago besides Polish sausage) is because this dish inherently looks like a weird mess but it's also consistently the best thing I've ever eaten.

My favorite part of going back to Springfield. 💗💗💗

(For the uninitiated, this is called a horseshoe. Meat and/or veggies topped with fries and a specially-made cheese sauce, served over toast. This one has seasoned ground beef, tomato, onion, scallions, and hot sauce.)

@noelle It's pretty heinous shit, and it's something that manages to be both obvious and very deceptive. Seeing the red above the line is odd but not necessarily a tell unless you've worked with discrete data and know the standard conventions for creating visuals.
