@SallyStrange I think about the missile strikes on billionaire jets at least once a week

it would be extremely funny to transform into an 8-foot-tall icon of lupine terror here in my parents' guest bedroom and simply curl up and fall asleep. I've already undergone ONE physically arduous, mentally taxing process that made me extremely sleepy and that other people think I'm insane for enjoying... why not another one?

I want the werewolf to take over. Even just in mind. I want to see with its eyes, think with its brain, breathe with its lungs. It happened out there today and it was euphoria.

Today I ran the Bear Creek Loop in Arizona's Pusch Ridge Wilderness. 18 miles, 3,000 feet of climb (and descent), 10 recently-flooded water crossings (including two that went up to my hips), 5 hours 53 minutes.

Incredible views, a howl in the wilderness, ice in the sun, the Arizona Trail, a helicopter fly-by, switchbacks forever, no shortcuts. An absolute blast.
