School (grade 7-9) math question, boosts OK
@trini@tenforward.social The generic term for what's being referenced here is a binary operator (or binary operation). Weird that they use *, though. When I learned this stuff, they used what was basically an unfilled center dot (like a mix between ° and •)
Oh, one last thought on the nitrogen :bepis:: it really likes to go everywhere when you open it. You know how a normal soda will foam up and spill out if the can is shaken up too much? Yeah, this does it basically no matter what. Not the most convenient thing, I'll be honest. Watch out for that if you do decide to try it for yourself.
Nitrogen thoughts, part 2: Yeah, it basically just tastes like flat pepsi with a weird foam on top. Not a fan, but at least it wasn't as bad as the space coke, which mind you, was never finished and was instead placed on the shelf of shame. I'll at least finish drinking these.
kidding
let me know what sodas you'd like to see next in the comments below and don't forget to subscribe for more poppin' soda reviews
re: the intuos disk japanese thread
Before you ask, no, I didn't take this picture just for this. I've been uploading some ISOs from disks I have to the Internet Archive and this was one of the ones I uploaded.
screen reader users, beware. here be a lot of other languages in the image description
Here's the CD if you're curious
screen reader users, beware. here be katakana and romaji.
I'll be honest, I find Japanese interesting for a lot of reasons, but one of them is the way it just sometimes throws english words written in katakana at you. Like, the driver CD for my drawing tablet has "Installation CD" written in a bunch of languages, except Japanese, where it's a "タブレットドライバ CD" (taburetto doraiba CD), which is just "Tablet Driver CD" written in katakana. It amuses and interests me all at once.
(and also arguably the whole cultural deal with Chinese labor being "cheap" has more to do with USA and other nations exploiting them than with China itself, thanks to how capitalism works)
and this take is absolutely correct. the fault of a low-quality (even if potentially life-threatening) product doesn't lie within an entire nation. like the USA never built something that failed in a fatal manner before either https://twitter.com/Coatduck/status/1517279254832205827
Amazon did not cut corners on their multimeter, Amazon never made a multimeter. all their Amazon basics stuff is dropshipped from the lowest bidder manufacturer. you can get higher quality things for cheaper on AliExpress guaranteed. please stop buying from Amazon

I almost died today because amazon cut corners on safety features on their knockoff of a multimeter
All of this to say: give your fursona glow-in-the-dark fur, heterochromia, psychic powers, the size of the moon, just go wild honestly. Cringe is dead. Optimize for fun, not for social acceptability
