The server structure is still proprietary, so to paraphrase @schmittlauch , it's more of a less shady #Telegram with better crypto but comparably centralized and closed server going-ons :/

The main news about #ChrisPratt heavily trending on Twitter this weekend was *not* that #Marvel #Comics revealed his #MCU signature role #Starlord to be #bisexual/#pan, nor that people were now wondering how the actor, who used to frequent an anti-LGBTQIA* church, would react.

The scandal is that #Twitter silenced these queer voices and deliberately twisted the facts to:
“Chris Pratt is trending because he had a nice birthday tribute to his lovely wifey”. 🤮​

1990’s: it takes at least a minute for your 56k modem to connect and then load the website before you’re on the landing page.

2020’s: it takes at least a minute to deactivate all ‘legitimate interest’ cookies and find all hidden buttons before you’re on the landing page.
