I grew up in an area that had frequent severe storms during the night, took it for granted thinking it was like that everywhere when I moved away now I miss the thunder a lot, so I try using apps & websites but...

is it possible I can tell on a minute sensory level the thunder in recorded audio isn't real (in the moment)? like very subtle hearing or pressure?

idk I try to take it in as is, but it's just not the same if I can tell the audio loops at some point

I think more of the plot would have taken me by surprise if this was a couple of years ago or sooner, but the twists don't feel that woke to me :\
