Modern Table Vegan Mac (white cheddar) is pretty good, would recommend overall

I was a bit over cautious with the cooking time from the last brand I made, so the pasta was a bit crunchy, but it tastes good (IMHO)

the only complaint/trend I can see is that gluten free pasta tends to foam quicker and more often so you need to keep a closer eye on it

also, make sure to throughly stir the dairy free milk with the fake cheeze powder to make sure it solidifies

would love to be one of those gals who lives off of coffee but I'm pushing my luck as it is drinking the one 8 ounce cup of coffee a day without having any issues

gonna try walking to the boba place considering 1) it's not that far away and 2) its parking lot is a chaotic mess of too many people getting in and out of such a small space

like instead of just writing/typing things down in a way that makes sense to you, it becomes,

"what's the most interesting way to document what happened"

it's 1000% fine

while I'm here, wtf is it with media and journals/diaries being stolen and/or exposed publicly ???

it adds a performative expectation to what's supposed to be a tool for self reflection

as it turns out, it's a lot easier to just write a list of things I've eaten & drank vs an emotional narrative of daily events ​

there is a decent chance this might be the 1st and only journal that will make it to a full year
