but constantly shifting out members of government is inefficient, so if we get a benevolent dictator and have the people submit law proposals to them...

@lizardsquid I don't know anything about this sort of thing, but I feel like if you want the people to be in charge you'd have to cut out as much bullshit as possible and make the threshold for voicing one's political opinion as low as you can.
