re: this is heavy, please read it anyway (personal)

@eryn a lot of this I can relate to or see

the part which talked about mobbing and mentioned how it happens in academia helped me to make sense of something that happenned to me 4 years ago, where I came out as trans to some friends in acadamia and then was subjected to 3 months of continuous gaslightling and bullying, before having to ostracise myself from all of my university friends

survival, funds low, end in sight?

My disability determination response from Slow Insurance Company is due by Monday.

I just need to survive a little bit longer.
Have been selling my shop supplies for food money, but it's hard to find buyers for my stuff.

I still need $750 for car repairs, and I am about $1,100 in the hole from healthcare.

please boost if you can.

@er1n it's fine, really!

I share things because I want people to see them, not because I want credit for finding them

semi-serious q about appropriation

@er1n that's a good question, actually

@TonicBH image descriptions are super useful and good!

I need to be better at remembering to type them out

talking about the current callout (CW: Child Sexual Abuse)

this all leads to a really complex, emotionally charged situation for me

so I can't trust my own judgement

talking about the current callout (CW: Child Sexual Abuse)

I'm not going to say anything today, and probably not tomorrow either

There's a conflict here:

* I believe the survivors
* Some evidence came from kiwi farms
* One of my friends had a relatively dismissive reaction - because some of it would be easy to fake - and because of that they're being doxxed
* The callout post I read was incredibly mocking towards my friend, making fun of them for protecting themselves from doxxing
