@Rosemary @typhlosion yes - it's generally pronounced with two schwas (the "default" vowel, where your mouth is the most relaxed)
Australian English isn't rhotic, so the final r isn't pronounced
@dotUser it's a mostly consistent, phonetic writing system, so it's not that hard to get a hang of
