I would only need to work for 14 hours a week at minimum wage to get more money than I'm getting from welfare

Request for advice, solar panels
I'm looking for some solar panels to setup on a house.
It is mainly to power some mobile phone/tablets, not for heavy appliance.
The less setup the better (kits maybe).
Available on amazon (I know).
