Researchers found a frilled shark - normally found 100-1500m deep - swimming in shallow water of the coast of Portugal. Frilled sharks are cool because they've remained essentially identical for about 80 million years. They're so perfectly adapted to their environment that they haven't needed to change.

How do you deal with your students giving up, getting demotivated or stuck and not asking for help?
I know it's partially an anxiety thing but I'm not sure how to get around it.
