@soft_chomps@glitch.social so I talked to some of the security people on campus, and what they do is patrol the area to make sure nothing's happening - so it's more of a preventative role

heteronormative nonsense
something I couldn't complain about to my family but can complain about here: the movie had a lot of terrible heteronormative nonsense in it - the lead man and woman don't really know each other or seem to particularly love each other before they get married, and there were several lines like
"husband and wife are just strangers, after all"
and I was... upset

I'm back - I watched a really bleak and depressing japanese film with my family
