Well the organising sheet (first image) didn't work out – I didn't use it for a month.

But the "fill in a dot when you successfully do a task" sheet (second image) has been working well

(no image descriptions because I don't have the energy right now, and they're very visual organisation systems)

Sometimes, this happens: one post repeats itself into my feed forever, until it's all full up

What does it do?

*website has download links, a manual, a history, installation instructions... but no description of what the program is for*

If you want to delete an empty folder, you might be tempted to use

rm -r

but this is dangerous - you could delete the wrong folder by accident and loose a lot of files.
Luckily, there's this command:

rmdir

which allows you to delete an empty directory, and will refuse to do anything if it's not empty!

... why is there a folder called ~ inside my home directory

I'm watching clips from Series 10 – it's the only modern series I haven't seen (it was broadcast last year).

And there's a point where they meet missy, and she's playing Erik Satie on a piano

Did you know: they didn't copy the footage from the previous week's cliffhanger scene for the start of the next episode. They re-performed the scene, on a new tape.

Earlier on, this was very obvious, but it's been much less obvious with the last 2 seasons!

The villain in The Invasion has a huge moving wall that hides a secret machine, and the wall takes several seconds to open or close. I'm surprised he hasn't been caught with it open

"yes, we saw 2 women walk into the building - one fair, one dark"

heck, you wouldn't hear that nowadays – people would think you're describing their skin colour!

I'm excited for Doctor Who next week...

Aside: I've stopped putting the story name in the CW, because the Content Warning was getting too long. If this site was structured more like Tumblr, where the posts are rather wide, then I'd definitely make the post title the full thing, but this UI isn't wide enough
