I'm struggling with my ADHD at the moment.

At work, it's fine! I'm able to concentrate and everything.

But at home, I'm really struggling. I get home at 6pm.
It takes me over an hour to cook dinner, and I often just forget to clean up afterwards.

I sit down to watch a few videos during dinner, and then it's suddenly 9:30pm and I don't have time for any of the things I was planning on doing because I have to go to bed at 10pm.

idk what to do

ADHD specific advice would be appreciated

update to this: I did some snooping, and found that their secret release date target is in just 3 weeks time.

I think I will use the next few weeks to get my other mods all set up and organised, so I can start a playthrough as soon as the new version comes out.

I wanted to get back into playing modded morrowind.... but earlier today(!) the TR blog released a huge progress update, which indicates that the next version of TR is coming soon™

The big things I'm excited for in this are:

* Three entire new regions in the southwest
* The major reworks of Firewatch City and Helnim Town in the East

The question is... do I wait a few months for this to come out? Or do I just play it now?

it's a granny flat at the back of a house, but it's quite spacious. It's got a very eighties design (the walls are light pink and the floors are green carpet).

I have now (almost) fully moved into my new home!

It's so nice, I'm really looking forward to spending a bunch of time living here
