@tavisco custom controller for an espresso machine mod for temperature PID and timer functions - really overkill but something to do to get it just the way we want.
right now there's code in place for everything regarding the screen, rotary encoder and thermocoupler, what's left to do is mostly a lot of UI work - i want to fill this up with pretty menus and pixel art. one of a kind kinda stuff

@anna unrelated, i have a copy of Tannenbaum's "Computer Networks", huge tome, part of recommended reading for my university course. i graduated 4 years ago. never cracked it open

@anna just make sure what revision you're getting, don't remember off the top of my head which but there's a couple where, unless they ported new drivers, the 2.4ghz chipset doesn't work
@anna archer C7 is what i use at my apartment, depending on hardware revision it's a beast for openwrt

how i learnt? get the cheapest router that supports openwrt and eat shit weekly when your setup fails
