copilot is like using a pre-print age copying monk to write code for you from other code they copied in the past except the monk has had a lobotomy and people keep praising how useful it is and then wonder why software is so shit and wasteful today

now more than ever, despite all misgivings about new leadership and layoffs at mozilla, if you care about the internet and you're still using chrome/ium over firefox, you are the problem

hello I have I created some more tongue-in-cheek ha-ha no-actually-really-serious images to help you manage replies in lieu of affordances to help you manage replies please steal and use if you find useful or, so help me, funny

1. Do not reply unless you have direct experience
2. Do not reply with a software suggestion
3. (multipart) This is an observation. Do not attempt to help. No reply necessary.

YOU MAY REPLY if you have a suggestion or request for another helpful informational message.

now i wanna make modern qwk

i don't like gemini because i think it's an echo chamber that largely ignores everything that made the early web great (interactivity, marquee and blink, plugins, gaudy css) and only works for modern computers. i'm gonna come up with a qwk-like thing and i'm gonna target windows 98.

i enjoy people who go out of their way to completely ignore advice. "how do i clean corrosion off a PCB" "vinegar and then IPA" "i'm gonna use wd-40 instead." 👍

if you want to stream yourself using a #gameboycamera but you don't have all the hardware to do it legit, check out this post on how to use #webgbcam in OBS!
