If you have a message you would like to leave, you could be the reason someone stays long enough to seek help, reach out, be the reason someone else down the line sees their message and knows there's a way forward.

Have a look. If you think you can, leave message.
If you need a message and the one you read doesnt help, take one breath, refresh, read the next one. Do that and you're already on your way to being a survivor.
