how have i never thought of this before

so the properly resized avatar doesn't quite fill 60x60 (or 120x120 at 2x), it has padding around it

and that makes my avatar look tinier than everyone else's

and i LOVE IT

@modernmodron i mean at /least/ it looks good on the public profile now

i reuploaded the avatar as a clean 120x120 gif but it still only looks good on the public profile argrhglh

even the web interface profile rescales it :(

so what's happening on the monitor, is

the psu is supposed to output +5 +15 +115 and -15 volts

the -15 line is outputting anywhere from -17 to -20, seems like it goes down to -20 under load

which would make sense then for the picture to be good for a few seconds when it powers on but degrades after that

can't really pinpoint what's causing that though.. i only have 2 resistors left to swap on the list i made for the -15 line

and it's the ones i forgot to buy
