so that's maybe a sort of positive, that it's gotten those thoughts out of my mind.

consequence of this laptop having absolutely no indication of whether or not caps lock is on: i just thought my router had been accessed by someone else who changed the admin password and hard reset it, causing it to lose all settings so i could access the admin page again, only to find out my caps lock key was on the whole time
