@lizardsquid the thing is i want to leave migration running overnight because apparently it can run for upwards of one hour depending on instance's db size

so.. computer fairies is backed up (oops this toot won't be in the backup now) and docker-compose build is done

... dare i try leaving the db:migrate running? :x

i could run "docker-compose run --rm web rails db:migrate && docker-compose up -d" that way it'll restart the instance as soon as it's done... whenever that'll be. so i won't be able to warn you when it restarts, but at least i won't have to babysit it >.<
