i want my 30 second files not to be 40mb, i don't want to upload 40mb files

i just realised the reason my cat stopped sleeping on my bed was my blanket

put it to be washed and got another one and she's back to jumping up here, she likes this one more

currently i have to upload the video to myself into telegram and redownload it to compress under 8mb, id like to skip the uploading and downloading part since compression is already happening in my phone, and i want to also be able to edit different files together into one video

took all of 9 minutes for someone to slide into my mentions with unsolicited advice unrelated to my original question

did vine have a built in editor

i think vine closed before i had an android device they supported

is there a half decent free video editor on android when i wanna trim, splice and compress videos? so i don't have to go through the painful process of doing it on kdenlive
