i could barely shower because the water that goes through the heater is out, i feel horrible urgh

sitting around looking at my phone instead of doing whatever i'm supposed to has made me actually late several times because i'm bad at self restraint

i think one reason why i take so long to get up is i keep looking at my phone waiting for people to talk to me until i feel satisfied with the attention and it just never happens because i need way too much attention to function well
