Hey, pro tip: if you have a large amount of social clout, and you use it to bring users to a social media platform, MAKE SURE THEY UNDERSTAND THE EXISTING SOCIAL NORMS FIRST. This is especially true of Mastodon, where every server has its own norms - including the flagship!

PLEASE DO NOT tell people to "join Mastodon!" without telling them that there are existing behaviors in place that they'll be expected to adhere to, like spoiler/content warnings.
