im a fucking idiot. i bought the ipod 2 lcd instead by accident because they look the same. i fucking hate doing things by impulse. i hate myself.

anyway i impulse bought the lcd from aliexpress already. it was 9 dollars

also the replacement glass is ONLY the glass and digitizer, not the rubber/plastic part it's glued onto (and latches onto the body) or the home button

so i have to figure out how to get those out, and get some adhesive that keeps them together again

blurg i was just getting used to having this ipod now i need to wait for another replacement... and these ones already took months

ugh

the replacement glass for the ipod came in and i finally broke the lcd trying to take the old one off...

should've kept it shattered, at least it was working

now im upset at myself
