Casio released a G-Shock watch with an octagonal case, the GA-2100, some people noticed that the case is vaguely similar in shape to the AP Royal Oak, a very expensive steel sports watch, which led to people calling the G-Shock the "casioak"

Now people have made steel cases for the casioak to go in (it's a very easy swap) and are calling the combination the "Royal Broke" as it really does resemble a Royal Oak from a distance but costs 2 magnitudes less

we did end up going to great lengths to get the instance running again

:thinkhappy: orks who have heard that camouflage is effective and consists of painting foliage designs on your kit but they haven't quite thought it through and end up driving around with giant colourful daisies stencilled on everything

being orks this still somehow works

and on the opposite side of the price spectrum, these are exceedingly my shit

This is the Setun computer

It was developed in 1958 at Moscow State University

It used ternary logic with a balanced ternary numeral system (which is to say, -1, 0, 1)

basically: NON BINARY COMPUTER FOR NONBINARY DAY! :flag_nonbinary:

should have posted this yesterday really but here's one of the worst things I've seen

dappervolk

LOOK WHAT I JUST GOT!

They're a Floral Mantid! They're called Dreams!

Wario would totally wear a mustard yellow Casio F-91W on a purple NATO

pic of exactly that combination on someone's wrist found on reddit

Now these are exceedingly my kinda thing

on the left, the new Yema Flygraph Pilot, which looks more field-y than pilot-y personally but quite cool, 39mm, sellita sw200 movement, 300m water resist, $690 on leather or canvas strap

on the right, the limited edition (1,000 pieces) Yema Superman 63, in 39 or 41mm, sellita sw200 movement, 300m water resist, with a rather nice sapphire bezel with Yema's bezel lock mechanism, $1199 on the bracelet, $1049 on leather or tropic strap

in dappervolk, with a minimum of effort, your avatar can be covered in gay snails

10/10 game
