In the UK all supermarkets charge for bags and a lot of them have a coin-takey-deposit-thing on the carts

You just take in a bunch of reusable carrier bags and make sure you have a coin with you

actually, cover it up with a bit of paper when you scan it, if you blur it in an image editor it might make them think some more of it was edited that way
